Terms & Conditions for Hoteliers – PanchVati Project, Ayodhya
1. Eligibility Criteria:
- - The applicant must possess a valid hotel trade license with a minimum of 5 years of operational experience.
- - Submission of the following documents is mandatory:
- ● Trade License (Minimum 5 years old)
- ● Aadhaar Card (for identity verification)
- ● PAN Card (for financial compliance)
2. Allotment Process:
- - PanchVati Project has only 32 plots available, making it a highly exclusive opportunity.
- - Shortlisted applicants will undergo eligibility verification, followed by a lucky draw to finalize the allotments.
- - The decision of the selection committee will be final and binding, with no scope for disputes.
3. Payment Terms:
- - A non-refundable application fee must be paid at the time of submission.
- - Successful applicants must pay the initial booking amount within 15 days of allotment confirmation.
- - The remaining amount must be paid as per the agreed installment plan, failing which the allotment may be revoked.
4. Development Guidelines:
- - The hotel construction must adhere to Ayodhya Development Authority (ADA) regulations and maintain aesthetic uniformity with the project’s spiritual theme.
- - Any modifications to the facade or structure must receive prior approval from the project’s regulatory body.
- - Environmental sustainability measures such as solar energy, waste management, and water conservation systems must be integrated into the property.
5. Operational Compliance:
- - The allotted space must strictly be used for hospitality purposes and align with the spiritual and cultural ethos of Ayodhya.
- - Hoteliers must ensure high standards of cleanliness, guest services, and adherence to local tourism policies.
- - The property must be operational within the stipulated construction timeline, failing which penalties or cancellation of allotment may apply.
6. Government Support & Incentives:
- - The project aligns with the UP Tourism Policy 2022, and eligible hoteliers may avail government incentives such as capital investment subsidies, tax exemptions, and industry benefits.
- - Any incentive claims must comply with UP Government regulations and be processed through official channels.
7. Transfer & Cancellation Policy:
- - The allotted plot cannot be transferred or sub-leased without prior approval from the project authority.
- - In case of cancellation or withdrawal, refunds (if applicable) will be processed as per the cancellation policy outlined in the allotment agreement.
8. Legal & Dispute Resolution:
- - All legal matters shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Ayodhya, Uttar Pradesh.
- - Any disputes arising from the allotment or operations shall be resolved through arbitration, with the final decision binding on all parties.
By applying for an allotment in the PanchVati Project, the applicant acknowledges and agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
